Would you like to learn how I made $365 a day online in February 2020 because I show you everything, income and expenses, in this income report?
How I Made $365 A Day Online in February 2020!
Are you ready to earn more money online? If so, you are going to love seeing how I made $365 a day online in February of 2020.
The point of this is to get myself rich.
I mean, the point of this is to help you raise your belief that you can earn as much money online as you need to support your lifestyle or at a minimum to get a better side hustle in your life.
Are you ready to take a look inside my business system, which you're going to love seeing exactly how I run my business to bring in the money, $365 a day?
Thank you very much for all you've done to help me earn all this money online and all of you are doing now and will do to help me earn even more than this.
I love money and I love helping you get the money you want in your life.
I'm deciding, I'm having more fun in my videos too because they're my videos and I can do whatever I want.
I'm going to have more fun in my videos.
Let's take a look at my income.
$5,629 via Jerrybanfield.com and Uthena.com.
The number one point I needed to learn online is to make money on your own website, make money on your own website, focus.
I'm bringing everybody to your own website and that's where you'll make the most money.
Second most, YouTube is a beautiful traffic source. YouTube rocks.
Thank you for the best ad revenue month I've had in a while on YouTube.
$1,399 in February 2020 on YouTube.
Let's go, $1,291 on Skillshare.
I'm no longer uploading classes on Skillshare and it just keeps paying.
$1,286 on StackCommerce.
Another place I've uploaded courses that I'm not putting any more effort into as I focus.
You want to focus, focus, focus.
I'm the number one traffic source. The number one income source, and your own websites are likely to be your highest income potential.
Therefore, you want to focus on those.
I also made $854 on affiliate marketing and similar sources of income, all combined from several sources.
I made $140 selling by incredible books on audible.
That's the income.
Let's show you the details of how that income actually came in to make this video as helpful for you as possible.
Number one, income source
Jerry, Jerry… Jerrybanfield.com and Uthena.com.
These are two of my websites that have distinctly different missions and purposes.
Jerrybanfield.com is all about me. If you don't want to hear about me, don't go there.
Jerry banfield.com has my online courses organized into the best formats with my new videos without ads or annoying annotations on them to distract you from viewing.
Jerrybanfield.com has thousands of blog posts, which is how I bring people to my website.
If you're just getting started and think, "Well, I'm not going to get all that stuff overnight."
No, you're not.
Once you start working at it, then you can make it all there. I went through my website and redesigned the best parts of it. I got some nice testimonials up here.
I have a basic pricing system on my website as follows.
A $19.95 a month membership for all access to my courses and to get direct hold of me with text messages, to join my Facebook group, to be able to connect and build a community together.
These two are memberships.
Memberships on the foundation of an incredible business online.
I also have a partner program for the most enthusiastic people who want to make $10,000+ a month and I completely redesigned the landing page for this.
This cost several thousand and this is for the people who are most serious, who really want to get in and make that money.
I redid the whole landing page on this and I'm so proud of it.
It gives you Master Resell Rights to all my courses. You can sell my courses as Private Label Rights, do whatever you want with them yourself.
I am so proud of this new landing page I made as well showing the benefits of working with me and joining my university.
This is the foundation of my business system.
That's what brings in the money.
I also have Uthena.com, which is a Private Label Rights marketplace for video courses.
I am helping other instructors to sell private label rights to their courses and to buy private label rights to courses by other instructors.
That way, if you want to build something like your Uthena, which is hosted on Thinkific, anyone can sign up for Thinkific account, get online courses, stick them up in the website and you've got all kinds of a marketplace where you can make sales.
There's not a great Private Label Rights marketplace out there, which is why I thought I'll make one.
We have hundreds of courses available for private label rights on Uthena.com.
I'm grateful we even had a purchase of my Master Resell Rights bundle, which you get on Uthena and as a part of my partner program mastermind.
Thus, this was a big earner on Uthena last month.
I make videos every single day. I offer private label rights to them. That means you can use them as your own videos. Plus, there are all these other bundles and instructors doing the same thing on their courses.
We just upgraded our terms, when you sell anything on Uthena, you get 60%.
Even better, when you refer another instructor to Uthena.com, you get 20% of whatever that instructor generates in sales.
This change, I imagine will bring us lots more instructors on Uthena.
Thus, this is how my income comes in.
If you're looking and saying, "Well, that looks like a lot of work to set that up."
Not really.
You can set something up like your own Uthena relatively easy. Put the videos out on YouTube relatively easy. Send people to your website, make sales.
It works pretty well, which is why people are buying it and doing it themselves.
On Jerrybanfield.com, yes, this has taken years of work to build all the blog posts, build the membership, build the courses.
However, this is my future by myself.
On Uthena, I depend on other instructors to get their courses up.
This is a niche on Uthena.
Jerrybanfield.com is a life's work.
I can do whatever I want and the rest of my life I continue making money.
These two approaches, when you combine one broad catch all approach, I recommend start with your own website. When you've spotted a niche that is very attractive, you can branch out into it after starting it on your own website.
This is my business model.
How do I get traffic?
How do I get people to find me?
YouTube is my primary traffic source.
I get people to find me searching. There are tens of thousands of people who see me on YouTube every single day. The second-biggest source of income, YouTube ad revenue, these are my top earning videos by ad revenue.
What I've noticed is that almost all my top videos are technical tutorials and for the first time in a long time, all four of my top four videos are actually videos I filmed all of, I'm so proud of that.
I intend to do more videos just like this.
What you'll notice, these videos often do not have that many views.
For example, the YouTube advertising tutorial I did last year, 4,241 monetized playbacks on this video.
Some people might look at that and call it a failure that this video I uploaded only got 4,000 monetized playbacks, but that video is worth $160 in ad revenue just last month and how many people from those videos are going to either Jerrybanfield.com or Uthena.com and spending more money there.
That's my business system and the great part about it, it has huge earning potential, and this is something almost anybody can do.
For example, I made this video about a TikTok error.
This video's made $50 almost just last month in ad revenue and it has 14,000 views on it.
That is an example of a video anyone could have made that had the same error that took five minutes to take a couple of screenshots, figure out how to fix the error and make a video about it.
That's what I do.
Ironically, I see lots of times things that are bad happening, generate a lot of money.
I have two of my top videos that are about Facebook ad accounts disabled. These make a great playback based CPM.
When people are in the middle of a painful problem, they're desperately searching for solutions. Any painful problems you've had, getting banned, suspended, having trouble with the counselor.
They are great videos to make and I make videos about things like that, plus direct tutorials.
For example, here's an ActiveCampaign tutorial.
This video made $18 last month plus has a good chance to bring in affiliate sales along with it. It's the same thing with several of these other videos below. I just make tutorials about what I'm learning and upload them as videos and they have indefinite income potential.
This G Suite tutorial was uploaded over a year ago, it's still pulling in over a hundred dollars a month every month on autopilot with ad revenue.
Let's go!
That's how I get the money in the door.
I also put these tutorials into online courses. I have been uploading them to Skillshare and StackCommerce in the past and due to Skillshare making so many annoying policy changes. I figured the safest thing to do with my account is just not do anything else.
I just literally put everything on my website, and don't put anything else on Skillshare or StackCommerce. I take the money they give me every month, which will probably go down and continue to focus on getting my number one income sources up.
One of the big lessons I've learned over the last several years online doing business is when you're fooling around with smaller income sources like third-party websites like Skillshare, Udemy, or StackCommerce, you're taking valuable time and energy away that you can be putting into your main revenue source, which will probably be your own websites, which is why I've got my business set up like this.
Now, expenses, what I've learned is also very important and when you hear somebody talking about how much money they made, you always need to know their expenses.
I've very accurately presented my income to you here, $365 a day.
However, like a salary, there are expenses that come out of that.
If you earn $10,000 a year in salary, you might not pay that much tax. If you earn $100,000 a year in salary, the government will take a lot of tax out of it in several different ways and the actual take-home pay you get will be much less than the salary your job says you get.
That's the same thing with having your own business online.
I made $365 a day. This is the money I spent.
The difference, well, it's actually a lot the same.
It's very important with your income that you have a good ratio of expenses that you take home a great profit every month.
I've done well for most of my business on this and when I've deviated, I've learned valuable lessons.
I've got my expenses down. I've cut $50,000 a year recently in expenses as I've changed business systems and finally focused on my website as a primary source of income.
The biggest expense is Contract Labor.
I get help with turning videos into blog posts. I get help with all the customer service on my website. I also get help with selling on Uthena.com via contract labor.
That allows me to just focus on JerryBanfield, my videos and my brand.
Then, I give the videos over for use on Uthena and Michel takes and makes everything else happen on Uthena, and I pay him out a percentage of sales.
The second-biggest expense is Advertising.
I had big advertising expenses in the past, I've continued to drop my advertising down to get to the lowest level possible, see exactly what I do need and focus on that.
Interest.
I borrowed a lot of money last year to build Uthena.com, and I'm paying interest on that.
I'm so excited to go to Hay House Live.
I spent $295 renting my equipment, which will finally be done in July. If I'd have bought it, I'd have saved at least 50%.
Here's my advertising expenses in detail in case you're wondering what I use.
I spent $1,000 in Google ads. A big part of that is I got a sponsored video where they gave me $1,000 in ad budget and I spent $1,000 back on it.
I've cut my Google ads expense drastically and currently I'm not doing any advertising at all in terms of paid ads.
I'm taking some time off to focus on building my organic traffic up and making an organic traffic system, and then I will consider doing online ads again.
Kinsta is what I use for web hosting. If you want to help me earn an affiliate commission, go to my resources page for that.
Rev.com is what I use for automatic transcriptions to turn those videos like this into blog posts.
Zapier helps me automate publishing on social media.
G Suite is what I use for email currently and I'm in the process of cutting that down.
Dropbox is what I use to store and back everything up.
These are the totals $10,599 in income.
Thank you for all you did to help make that possible.
$6,310 in expenses for a total of $4,289 in profit.
That's awesome for working at home, not having a boss, doing whatever I want every day.
Most of it is passive income.
The downside with passive income is you generally need to work on it for a long time before you get it.
The upside is once you get it going, it generally will keep coming in and get bigger and bigger the more you do.
I've made a lot of changes and I'm on my way to making lots of $20,000+ a month in profit, it is where I'm aiming at and eventually $10,000+ a day in income.
I'm very happy with where I'm at today because I've survived so many things in my business.
I am like a tree who's had massive glimpse at the bottom, cut off and I continue to grow, continue to thrive.
The question is what now? What now going forward?
The main thing I'm thinking and planning about right now is starting a local digital marketing mastermind in St Petersburg, Florida.
I took a quick look around. I don't see that there are very many groups like this, if any, that are exceptional and active.
I went to one in Sarasota that got canceled. It was very effective in helping me learn new things and network with people.
I love being able to get out there and teach people in person because the more we can do online, the more we're not getting done in person, the more help and the more benefit we can have in person.
This also gives me a chance to learn lots of new subjects that I can make profitable tutorials on.
For example, how you submit to Eventbrite, how you do meetups on meetup.com, these are things I can make courses on my website, and then build my members both online and offline.
I'm thinking a local digital marketing mastermind will empower me to make a lot of local sales and bring people into my website who've seen me in person and have a very high level of trust and I'm thinking I can just include membership on my website for the cost of the digital marketing mastermind.
For my online strategy, I'm focusing on organic traffic, developing a killer strategy that allows me to bring in as many people as possible a day and to maximize the followers I've already got.
The system I've gotten now is to do one story, one video and one image daily. I film a quick vertical story video, put that out on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
I film a video like this every day, some days I film several, and then publish them ahead of time. I put that out every day on YouTube, then automatically publish it to Facebook and Twitter as a picture to bring everybody over to the YouTube video to help it rank as high as possible for search traffic.
Once each day, I then put out an image to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to bring as many people back to my business through just an honest image or a little update.
I'm finding that doing long videos like this with more of a spiritual message is not working as much. While I can do images that carry an inspirational message to them very easily and that point to the inspirational videos that I've already done.
Going forward, I'm focusing on more technical tutorials and courses.
These are the big money makers. These are the big discovery methods.
As I showed you before, those technical tutorials, almost all of the top-earning videos on my channel the last 28 days are technical tutorials.
These are often very easy to make and do require a little discomfort sometimes figuring out a new thing out solving a problem. They have a high reward.
Then I have the chance once I've gotten discovered on one of those video tutorials, then I can deepen the relationship with inspirational stories and messages in posts and stories instead of making videos.
Finally, I'm intending and starting to promote Jerrybanfield.com/call more. I've had lots of people schedule calls with me in the past. I'm extremely effective doing one-on-one calls.
For example, you join me for a call. I've had people do calls with me who've saved tens of thousands of dollars in just one hour with me as they say, "Jerry, I'm thinking about making a website. How do I do that? I'm thinking about hiring this company for several thousand dollars that will charge me hundreds of dollars a month forever for my website."
I say, "Don't do that, go on Upwork and hire a freelancer for $35 an hour. Go to WordPress, grab your domain right here, the freelance will end up costing a few hundred dollars plus you can work with them to update your website."
"You make a couple of videos on topics, give them to the freelancer to just transcribe and do the pages on your website. You'll have a very personal website. You'll have YouTube videos, you have full control."
"Your hosting only cost $20, $30 or $40 a month instead of hundreds. It'll all happen much faster with a freelancer if you get a good one on Upwork, and I can help you with that. We'll probably turn your website around in a week or two instead of fooling around with an agency that you've paid thousands for that'll take months to develop your website."
These are things I do with people on calls.
You say, "Jerry, I've got all these online courses. How do I make more money with them?"
I respond, "Well, I'll give you this guy's email over at this website. All of a sudden you've made $10,000 selling course on this website you didn't know about before because I literally gave you one person's email."
These are the things I do in calls and yet I haven't been mentioning or pitching my calls for a while.
Thus, I'm getting back to pitching my calls.
My calls cost a few hundred dollars.
I do absolutely miraculous work in them.
Thank you very much for going through my new income report for February 2020.
I've made the most sensational title I could think of, instead of just calling it an income report saying, "How I Made $365 A Day Online."
I love you.
You're awesome.
Thanks for giving me the chance to serve you today, and I'll see you on JerryBanfield.com
That's good stuff, isn't it?
You want more videos like this in your life?
Love,
Jerry Banfield
