This ad is actually split up into 2 pages when viewed in a magazine, both sections were cut out, scanned and edited to appear as a single page.
The three men pictured in this advertisement were in an American rock band called "Balance". They were active in the early 80s and are known best for their 1981 hit "Breaking Away".

Arranger/keyboardist Doug Katsaros, guitarist Bob Kulick, and frontman Peppy Castro.Their 1983 single "Ride the wave" was used in several Japanese DAIHATSU CHARADE commercials.
