Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂
Confidence is something that every individual requires; for without it, you cannot execute a task with perfection. Confidence is not an innate quality we are born with; rather, it is acquired through our experiences. You may have observed individuals who are immensely confident in their work—so confident, in fact, that we feel compelled to place our trust in their skills. Their confidence instills in us the conviction that entrusting the task to them would be the best course of action. You may also have noticed people around you who, despite lacking formal education, possess such profound practical experience in their respective fields that they remain consistently confident in their abilities. The more proficiently you master your craft, the greater the perfection you bring to your work; and it is this very perfection that ultimately fosters your confidence. In today's world, whenever you seek employment or appear for a job interview, your level of confidence is closely scrutinized—and in such contexts, it holds immense significance. A candidate's confidence level serves as an indicator of their seriousness regarding their work and reflects the depth of practical experience they possess in their specific skill set. However, this is not universally true; there are instances where an individual, despite lacking substantial technical skills, manages to secure a position solely on the strength of their high confidence level. For someone who has never previously experienced confidence, cultivating it can be an extremely arduous task; after all, how can one effectively perform a task for which they possess absolutely no prior experience? Many people read extensively about this subject, and some even enroll in specialized courses; yet, until you gain firsthand experience in real-life situations, developing a genuine sense of confidence within yourself remains a somewhat challenging endeavor.

Confidence is not magic; it is a process that takes time to develop. However, once that confidence is built, you begin to witness a tangible transformation. If you have been working for several years, you have likely observed the vast difference between your confidence level when you first started and where it stands today. A newly hired employee often feels apprehensive due to a noticeable lack of confidence. However, as they gradually learn the ropes, their self-assurance grows; eventually, a point is reached where their confidence becomes so robust that—even if they were to join a new company—they would no longer experience the low self-esteem typically associated with being a newcomer, for they possess the necessary skills and, consequently, have no reason to feel anxious.
If you aspire to become a confident individual, you must not let fear hold you back right from the start. If you are afraid to even begin a task, how can you possibly achieve perfection in it? And if your work lacks perfection, how can you ever become a confident person? A confident individual possesses a distinct personality. You can recognize just how confident a person is regarding their work simply by conversing with them for a short while; conversely, someone who is easily flustered and lacks confidence has a completely different demeanor. To become confident, you must work on yourself every day and continuously strive to improve your work.
When we embark on a new task or attempt to learn a new skill, we typically possess no prior knowledge regarding it; consequently, a lack of confidence persists. However, as an individual gradually begins to master the task and acquires a sound understanding of it, their confidence steadily builds, and they continue to progress.
