It is our desire to do the will of God and also to please God. But the main issue is, how do we overcome doing bad things. This is a real battle now and we cannot deny the fact that evil exists in the heart of all humans.
In the book of Romans 7:19, he said that the good I would not, the evil which I would not, is that I want to do. This passage shows the struggling experience of Paul. It shows that we are not just in it too, we cannot be able to overcome that sin.
In John 15:5, Jesus also made note about a position where we cannot do anything without him. This effort shows that it can be hard. We have to stop these bad things. Prayer is very important. When we pray to God and be powerful, then God also hears our prayers.
In Philippians 4:13, we say that I can do all things through Christ. This shows how we must protect our mind from a lot of evil. We should never give up in life because we fall and stand up against anything.
1 John 1:9 says that in case we confess our sins, we must be loyal and observe every sin because God is merciful. He knows our kindness, our weakness. We must walk in the way of God, allowing Jesus Christ to dwell in us and bring us fruit and lead a life that pleases God.
