Christmas party bag for children

Buenas noches a todos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta pequeña bolsa navideña para guardar dulces, esta bolsa la hice con motivo de la fiesta navideña de mi hijo en la escuela. La maestra nos envió los materiales que debíamos comprar y además nos envió un video para guiarnos, me parece un detalle muy bonito y facil de hacer para rellenar con los dulces favoritos de nuestros pequeños.

Today I want to share with you this little Christmas bag for holding candy. I made it for my son's Christmas party at school. The teacher sent us the materials we needed to buy and also sent us a video to guide us. I think it's a very nice and easy-to-make little bag to fill with our children's favorite candies.

Esta bolsa tendría forma de caramelo, asi que comencé probando diferentes tamaños de círculos en una hoja blanca hasta que conseguí el tamaño ideal y lo recorté para asi tener un molde en el cual luego dibujaría la forma de los espirales y podría calcar sobre el foami rojo y la tela roja/blanca.

This bag would be shaped like a candy, so I started by trying different sizes of circles on a white sheet of paper until I got the ideal size and cut it out to have a template on which I would then draw the shape of the spirals and trace onto the red foam and the red/white fabric.

Calque los círculos sobre tela roja y blanca, con esta misma tela roja corte un trozo largo que seria por donde se sujetaría la bolsa, mientras tanto, en el foami rojo calque el espiral que pegaría en el centro del circulo blanco. Ahora debía realizar los laterales de esta bolsa de dulces y para ello medí al ojo cuanto quería de grosor y recorte dos laminas gruesas para envolver alrededor de ambos círculos.

Trace the circles onto red and white fabric. From the same red fabric, cut a long piece that would be used to fasten the bag. Meanwhile, trace the spiral onto the red foam sheet, which you would glue to the center of the white circle. Now I had to make the sides of this candy bag, so I eyeballed how thick I wanted them to be and cut two thick sheets to wrap around both circles.

Uní las piezas comenzando por los bordes hechos con foami rojo, luego pegue la tela fina que sostiene ambos lados para después pegar la parte circular roja y finalmente la parte delantera de esta bolsa de dulces que es la parte blanca, ya solo queda rellenarlo de tus dulces favoritos y listo.

I joined the pieces starting with the edges made with red foam, then I glued the thin fabric that holds both sides, then I glued the red circular part and finally the front part of this candy bag which is the white part, now all that's left is to fill it with your favorite candies and that's it.
