Hello friends of the hive, it's a pleasure to greet you on this new occasion. I hope you are well and have had a blessed day. Today I want to present one of my favorite stuffed arepas, the tuna salad arepa with potato and eggs. I hope you like it.
Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarles en esta nueva oportunidad , espero se encuentren bien y hayan tenido un bendecido dia , hoy quiero presentarle una de mis arepas rellenas favoritas , la arepa de ensalada de atun con papa y huevos espero les guste
Used materials//materiales utilizados
*precooked flour *canned tuna *eggs *potatoes *corn *onion *parsley
*harina precocida *atun enlatado *huevos *papas *maiz *cebolla *perejil
Step1//paso1
The first step is to chop the potatoes, wash them, and cook them along with the eggs. When they are cooked to the desired consistency, I let them cool, peel them, chop them, and add tuna and corn.
El primer paso es picar las papas lavarlas y llevar la cocinar junto a los huevos, cuando tengan la coccion que deseo las pongo a enfriar le quito las cascaras y pico , le agrego atun ,maiz

Then I add onion, parsley, lemon, mayonnaise and mix it all together; that's the filling ready. Now, in a bowl, I add water, salt, and the precooked flour and prepare the dough for the arepas. I then cook them on the griddle.
luego le agrego cebolla ,perejil , limon ,mayonesa y revuelvo con eso tengo el relleno listo, ahora en un recipiente agrego agua sal , la harina precocida y preparelo la masa para las arepas llevo a cocinar a estas en el budare

Once the arepa is ready, I open it in half, add margarine, the filling, and that's how it turns out.
una vez este lista la arepa abro a la mitad le agrego margarina , el rello y asi queda
