Greetings everyone!
When a child goes school he learn everything from there how to write, learn, speak, manners and many other things which impact a lot for all over life. We all know how school plays the role in every child life. And the most important part a child learn is about habits and discipline. In some of the children life teachers plays a important role, children love to prioritize some teacher while some are just getting over them. But this is not we will be talking about, but as teacher main aim is to make every child's future very bright.
So teachers are helping students to stay in discipline and respect everyone so this things are only kept within school boundaries or even outside. Imagine a child is abusing or doing something illegal outside of the school and when a teacher sees it does not mean they should just see and ignore. Well if I say, my opinion is that if some of their students are doing some out of league things of course teacher should go to them and let them learn a lesson or give a way of discipline. Well of course it's outside of the school and hours so ......
It does not mean that a teacher should ignore it because of the school rules or jurisdiction, a teacher work is to keep their students in a best way and let them learn good things. If we see today students are teasing teacher not listening to them, but I would say teacher should be like such even when school get ended children should come back to them and meet them and share about the life. That what actual teacher is. Teacher should not always scold to the children and call their parents or mess with them.
Of course when teacher will take such action against the students they will hate that person as a teacher, instead they should try to explain them with love and care. But students should also know their limit what's joke and what's serious between the bond of teacher and students. Well If I am the teacher and I see my students doing all such bully things outside I would go to them and let them know what is right and wrong and what should they do. In today's time if we see teacher are just doing their job they actually don't care that student is learning something or not.
As teacher plays important role so they should even know how to control the students. Because nowadays students are really showing lot and lot of ego to teacher and they don't get scare of them. When teacher hurts them by any move students also want to hurt them back, of course it's wrong. And teacher should also not be such kind of rude who always scold at today's time as much friendly you will be to students they will also be but they should knows the limit and stay in discipline.
