Good day, everyone. On this occasion, I'm going to show you my drawing, once again dedicated to one of the beautiful cards in the game. For this one, I chose R193 Acoustic Violin. As you can see, it's a lovely classic violin in purple. This one isn't electric like the last few I've painted; it's an acoustic classic. That means it has an internal soundbox, which is why you can see the black hole in the middle. That's what makes the music produced by the strings sound louder. Electric violins don't need it because, as the name suggests, they're electric.
As a bonus before you see the drawing, I'm going to leave you with a YouTube music video. It's a song made with the Acoustic Violin. It's one of my favorites made with that instrument, and it would be great if you could listen to it too. Here's the video.
Awesome, right? Well, let's get to the drawing, which is what you're here for. I started, as always, by drawing the inner frame of the card. This is done in 4:3 format so it doesn't look as rectangular as the letter and can be appreciated better.
After the frame, I drew the violin's neck. That does have a rectangular and elongated shape; it's actually the longest part of the violin. Next to the neck, I drew the violin's body with its classic S-shape.
In the details section, I drew the pegbox. This pegbox is very different from those on other violins because it's more square, similar to those on guitars. I remember that almost all the violins I've painted are more triangular in that area, and the pegbox is thinner. So this one caught my eye. It's curious.
The next step was to paint the sketch and the outlines of the violin, which is now ready to be filled with color. I started painting, as usual, from the outside in. In the following screenshots, you can see the whole process step by step.
And to finish, I'll show you the final result with the name bar and the stamp with the game's name, certifying that this drawing is complete. See you in the next one, blessings.
