I have been going through some complicated and even difficult to manage things, my mind does not coordinate, my emotions are a little out of control, I think of something and at the same time I think of nothing. I couldn't sleep or eat. This Sunday I woke up with no mood at all, I could not sleep all night, I was very exhausted mentally. At the same time I really wanted to go out, to distract myself for a while, take a walk with my children and spend a different afternoon. The first thing I thought of was to go to the movies, since the movie #Intensamente2 was premiering.

Talking to a friend and explaining to him what I was going through and how I was feeling, he immediately noticed that I was going through a moment of anxiety, so he recommended me to go out and take a walk, I told him the plans I had in mind and he very kindly in one way or another supported me to go and take that walk that I needed so much.

That's how I decided to go to the movies with the kids to see the movie #Intensamente2. It's worth mentioning that I didn't go alone with my three kids, five more nephews and nieces joined me 🙂🥵. At first I invited my sister and her 3 kids, she couldn't because she didn't have the money for the ticket, everything happened very fast, it was an outing that no one expected, not even me! The truth is that my niece was a little sad and my mommy (her grandmother) offered to pay the entrance fee. The girl immediately went to take a bath. On the other hand, I go to get ready with my children and I receive a call; Josniel is also going with us and now they will give you the money for the entrance fee, the truth is that I didn't care that another of my nephews was going. After about 10 minutes, I receive another call. _tia, Daikell and Euddymar are also going 🥵🥵. I was already getting worried, there were 4 more children, plus the three of mine, that would be 7 children for me alone 👀. 15 minutes later I get another call, it was my sister that if son also wanted to go 🥵🤣. The good thing is that my sister also self invited herself and accompanied us. That's how we finally made it out to the movies, 2 adults and 8 kids 🥵🙂😂.

Al principio invité a mi hermana y sus 3 niños, ella no pudo porque no tenía el dinero para la entrada, todo pasó muy rápido, era una salida que nadie se esperaba,¡ ni yo! Lo cierto es que mi sobrina quedó un poco triste y mi mami (su abuela) le ofrece pagarle la entrada. La niña enseguida se fue a bañar. Por otro lado, yo me voy arreglar con mis niños y recibo una llamada; _tia, Josniel también va con nosotros ahorita te pasan el dinero para la entrada. La verdad no me dió importancia que otro de mis sobrinos fuera. Pasado 10 minutos aproximadamente, recibo otra llamada. _tia, Daikell y Euddymar también van 🥵🥵. Ya me estaba preocupando, eran 4 niños más, más los tres míos, serían 7 niños para mí solita 👀. 15 minutos más tarde recibo otra llamada, era mi hermana que su hijo también quería ir 🥵🤣. Lo bueno es que mi hermana también se auto invitó y nos acompañó. When we arrived the show had already started, so we had to wait almost an hour for the next show. Dealing with 8 children is not easy, especially the younger ones, my youngest niece (Euddymar) is 6 years old, then Jhoyber is 7, Eli is 8, Daikell and Josniel are 9, Manuel and Angelina are 12 and Jhoyser is 15. To pass the time and wait for the next show we ordered an order of chicken with french fries, salad and a soft drink. It was already 6 minutes to enter the movie theater and we still didn't get our order, the kids were getting desperate and my sister and I were going crazy 😖. 6 minutes to go, aunt we are hungry, aunt the chicken 🤣😂. They managed to give us our order and the kids in a hurry because the movie had already started, started eating like crazy hahahahaha. I almost didn't get a chance to take a picture of the chicken.

Lidiar con 8 niños no es nada fácil, sobretodo los más pequeños, mi sobrina más chiquita (Euddymar) tiene 6 años, luego le sigue Jhoyber de 7, Eli de 8, Daikell y Josniel de 9, Manuel y Angelina de 12 y Jhoyser de 15. Para pasar el rato y esperar la próxima función pedimos una orden de pollo con papas fritas, ensalada y un refresco. Ya faltaba 6 minutos para entrar a la sala del cine y aún no nos daban nuestro pedido, los niños se estaban desesperando y mi hermana y yo nos íbamos a volver locas 😖. _tia faltan 6 minutos, tía tenemos hambre, tía el pollo 🤣😂. Nos lograron dar nuestro pedido y los niños apurados porque la película ya había comenzado, empezaron a comer como locos jajajaja. We finished eating as fast as we could, my sister and my older son stayed to compare some snacks and drinks, I entered with the rest of the children to the movie theater, we realized that the movie had already started, we took our seats and began to enjoy such a great movie. After about 10 minutes the youngest girl started to feel cold 🙂 my son had to take off his luck and put it on for her to stay calm. After a while my sister arrives with the cotufas and drinks and the disaster again 🤣, thank goodness and we select the last 10 seats at the top, they are my favorite seats 👀😌, in that place there are many advantages.

Pasados como 10 minutos la niña más pequeña se comienza a quejar que tenía frío 🙂, mi hijo se tubo que quitar su suerte y ponérselo para que se quedara tranquila. Al rato llega mi hermana con las cotufas y las bebidas y el desastre de nuevo 🤣, menos mal y seleccionamos los últimos 10 puestos de la parte superior, son mis puestos favoritos 👀😌, en ese lugar hay muchas ventajas.

Talking a little bit about the movie 🎥 The movie caught the attention of all the kids, they are all attentive, and the movie has a very good message. Many things caught my attention. The movie is based, as you all know, on the different emotions in the life of a teenager entering puberty, previously she only had 5 very basic emotions; joy, fear, disgust, anger and sadness. By the time she enters puberty 4 more emotions are added; envy, shame, boredom and anxiety. That part about anxiety was the part that impacted me the most, it was just what I was going through, I felt very identified with the movie, I started to reflect, anxiety is a crazy thing! 👀🥵

Me llamó mucho la atención varias cosas. Y es que la película está basada, (como ya todos saben) en las distintas emociones en la vida de una adolescentes entrando en la etapa de pubertad, anteriormente solo tenía 5 emociones muy básicas; alegría, miedo, asco, enojo y tristeza. Ya cuando entra a la pubertad son añadidos 4 emociones más; envidia, vergüenza, aburrimiento y ansiedad. Esa parte de la ansiedad fue la parte que más me impactó, era justo por lo que yo estaba pasando, me sentí muy identificada con la película, me puse a reflexionar, ¡la ansiedad es una cosa de locos! 👀🥵

Anxiety is ugly in every sense of the word!. It's something that tucks us in many times without us realizing it. Anxiety helps us to see a lot of future things, mostly always expect the worst. It tries to send them with superficial strategies (so to speak) not giving chance to everything to flow in a genuine way and ends up in total uncontrol that which thought to have controlled, harassing the person to such an extent leaving him helpless, disturbed, discouraged, disoriented, with so low self-esteem, with a pressure on top that can even cause death. I'm not going to spoil the movie, I'm just giving a little of my opinion about it. The truth is that the movie has a very good message, and that is that every emotion, good or bad, is part of our existence, we have happy moments, sad moments, moments of anger, shame, boredom, disgust, fear and anxiety. Each of these emotions helps us in each of our daily tasks, it is up to us to choose the best way. We will not always be in anxiety but neither in joy, everything has a balance.

La ansiedad nos ayuda a ver mucho las cosas futuras, en su mayoría siempre espera lo peor. Trata de evitarlas con estrategias superficiales (por así decirlo) no dando chance a que todo fluya de manera genuina y termina en total descontrol aquello que pensó tener controlado, hostigando a la persona a tal punto dejándola indefensa, perturbada, desanimada, desorientada, con tan baja autoestima, con una presion encima que hasta puede causarle la muerte. No les vengo hacer spoiler de la película, solo doy un poco de mi opinión al respeto. La verdad, la película tiene un muy buen mensaje, y es que cada emoción sea buena o sea mala son parte de nuestra existencia, tenemos momentos alegres, tristes, de enojo, de vergüenza, de aburrimiento, de asco, de miedo de ansiedad. Cada una de esas emociones nos ayuda en cada una de nuestras fasetas cotidianas, queda de nuestra parte agarrar el mejor camino. No siempre estaremos en ansiedad pero tampoco en alegrías, todo tiene un balance.

Once the movie was over again the madness 🤣🥵, the kids left the room almost running, and further back I was trying to control them. I'm not complaining, we had a good time, it's not easy to deal with kids but I feel qualified to do it, not to brag but I've been with more kids in my care and I've known how to cope with the situation. It is not easy but not difficult either 💆🏻‍♀️. I say goodbye to all of you, I love you all very much, kisses 😘😘😘😘.
