La playa me encanta y me hacía muchísima falta tenía más de un año sin ir a alguna, mi hija al igual que yo ama la playa y disfruta muchísimo jugar en la arena y construir castillos, para mí príncipe era la primera vez que iba a la playa fuimos a una cerca por el problema de la gasolina así que decidimos ir a quetepe una playa maravillosa situada a pocas horas de mi ciudad Cumaná Es una playa bastante serena de pocas olas y no profunda así que es excelente para los niños y lo mejor de todo es que hay vigilancia para resguardar a sus visitantes

I love the beach and I was missing a lot I had more than a year without going to one, my daughter like me loves the beach and enjoys playing in the sand and build castles, for my prince was the first time I went to the beach we went to one near the problem of gasoline so we decided to go to Quetepe a wonderful beach located a few hours from my city Cumana It is a fairly serene beach with few waves and not deep so it is excellent for children and best of all is that there is surveillance to protect its visitors.

Para ir a la playa llevamos jugos, refresco, chucherías y frutas, también llevamos comida preparada para pasar todo el día tranquilamente disfrutando el calma de la naturaleza, Nina y Ethan disfrutaron bastante no querían salir del agua (risas) quedaron bronceadores la verdad es que disfrutamos todos mucho esta salida a la playa nos hacía muchísima falta estos momento de relajación, espero que pronto está pandemia acabe y podamos salir como antes y disfrutar de los regalos de la naturaleza .

La playa es uno de los mejores regalo para liberar estrés y sanar el cerebro ya que cuando estamos en la playa nos olvidamos de todo de cualquier problema o inquietud que tenemos para mí no hay nada más relajante que el sonido del mar, el olor al agua salada y la sensación de la arena calidad entre los pies es por esto que la playa es mi lugar favorito me encanta sentarme en la arena y ver romper las olas . En la playa nos reímos, bailamos y hasta ejercicio hicieron de verdad que la pasamos muy bien todos pudimos disfrutar y despejar un poco la cabeza de cualquier problema.

The beach is one of the best gifts to release stress and heal the brain because when we are at the beach we forget everything about any problem or concern we have for me there is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the sea, the smell of salt water and the feeling of quality sand between the feet is why the beach is my favorite place I love to sit on the sand and watch the waves break. On the beach we laughed, danced and even exercised. We all had a great time and were able to enjoy ourselves and clear our heads of any problems.

A mi la playa de verdad me relaja pero tristemente cuando estoy estresada no tengo una playa cerca para que mi cerebro se relaje y lo que hago es colocar música relajante aunque sea unos minutos para que me ayude a bajar los niveles de estrés. El mar hoy me relajo bastante ya que muchas veces tengo bastante niveles de estrés del día a día con los niños, la casa, el trabajo y quedó super agotada que no me provoca es nada, así que esta salida hoy me hizo muy bien espero poder seguir realizando más salidas cómo estás que me hagan salir de la rutina. Mis pequeños llegaron de la playa se bañaron , comieron y se durmieron serenamente un gran sueño tranquilo y profundo así que en líneas generales la playa es estupenda (risas).

The beach really relaxes me but sadly when I'm stressed I don't have a beach nearby for my brain to relax and what I do is play relaxing music even for a few minutes to help me lower my stress levels. The sea today relaxed me a lot because many times I have a lot of stress levels from the day to day with the kids, the house, work and I get so exhausted that it doesn't cause me anything, so this outing today did me a lot of good I hope I can continue doing more outings like this that make me get out of the routine. My little ones came back from the beach, they bathed, ate and went to sleep peacefully, a great and deep sleep, so in general terms the beach is great (laughs).
