The question of if whether I took my spiritual life seriously this year is one that has a resounding yes, this year I have come to realize that not attending church every Sunday does not guarantee the fact that you will falter in faith or grace.
Sometimes people just need to work on themselves by building themselves up with spiritual materials and there are a lot of them readily available. Some spiritual materials that can guide Christians to building up their faith and become great bonded with what they belive in includes:The Bible which has to do with daily reading and meditation can help you grow in your faith, there are devotional books, this is common in the Catholic Church where daily reflections and prayers are made available, Christian books that talks about faith, discipline, and how to build up one's character.
Again, life has been made easier because there are several audio and visual materials that serve as platforms to teach people more on their Christian beliefs. Although there are a lot of fake pastors and teachings out there who only exploits the social space so as to make more money especially in dollars. They tend to prey on the ignorance of gullible people who really want to seek FAVOUR from God.
In all we do, trust in yourself first because God made us in his own image, and we can directly Communicate with him without a third party involved.
