We understand that reincarnation is the possibility of coming back to life again in form of another body, but the bible does not validate reincarnation. It is better we should understand that we live once in this world and once we die we will face judgement directly. It does not say that people return to live many different lives on earth. Instead, it shows that life is a one-time journey where our choices matter before God.
The bible teaches us about resurrection, it have never talked about reincarnation. From the perspective of the bible, it teaches us that resurrection means God will raise the dead and after judgement they will either go to eternal life in heaven or hell. This is different from coming back as another person or animal. So, from a biblical point of view, reincarnation is not part of God’s plan, and believers are encouraged to focus on living a righteous life now.
