Hello LMAC and Hive members. I wanted to share with you my current freestyle collage whose theme I created from an unusual image I discovered. For me, art is art in all its various forms and styles. I hope the image I used in my design won't offend anyone in its portrayal of a hybrid human strolling through the street of a metropolis.
My style of collage is a Freestyle. Although I usually do, I wasn't required to utilize any contest photo in my design. However, if you'd like to join in visit the regular contest, visit: Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 242 - ✨92 HIVE in the Prize Pool!.
In preparing my theme, I envisioned a chimera, a two-dimensional creature. A female body with the head of a bison. How powerful, yet graceful and confident in her own skin. The background I kept simple with sky blue and light clouds.
I utilized Canva to blend the different type images. Below are my steps in which I began with a blank, white canvas, then added layers of elements, removing backgrounds, resizing, detaching elements from their backgrounds, duplicating, colorizing, and repositioning items as needed incorporating the tools at my disposal in my Annual Pro Membership Subscription.
Below are the images I included to complete my theme:
