Some time ago, when I began to meditate, to concentrate on myself, I was able to get in touch with some people inside of me, they were 4, a woman, a big muscular man, a middle-aged guy with glasses and fungus hair and the other person was too distant to be able to tell who he was or what he was.

Those people one by one spoke to me, gave me advice each and I really felt comfortable talking to them, I felt that I was safe even though I did not know where I was, I felt the relaxed body, I felt calm and listened to each one to know what they had to tell me.

First the woman started talking to me, she told me to calm down, to keep my composure, that everything would be fine in my life and that I should not bother so often, that everything It has its end and that will be soon, I could be calm, that I continued to work on what I do and follow my plans because I am intelligent and I can with everything. She encouraged me to continue, she gave me hope and she told me that I was not alone, I liked talking to her... or rather listen to her.

Then the tall, muscular man started talking, he had a suit like he was a Viking or something like that, for some reasons I stopped train, stop exercising to focus on working on the Internet, so I can go where I want. But he advised me not to stop exercising, keep strengthening, do not stop doing what keeps me active and help me release stress and improve my body, focus on work, but do not forget what makes me well physically Something that gives me grace, is that when we stopped talking I thanked him for the advice referring to him as a Viking (which bothered him) and said: Tss, those fools of the sea, I'm not like them.

Now the middle boy with glasses and mushroom hair was coming, he had told me that my work was fine but that I should stop being so loose, that I could get to make more money if I propose it, if I get inspired and I get a proper time to do it (thing I have not done and I keep trying, I hope he is not upset with me).

I had disconnected from them, I could not know who they were and because they appeared to me while I meditated, I was very intrigued by what happened and I decided to investigate, find who could help me, things of the destination I could get someone to help me, a girl, even if she was not a total expert on the subject she knew many things that I did not know and could clarify many of my doubts.

The people I was able to see are called "Guardians" beings that help me in my life and advise me to make everything better in my life , there are thousands of guardians, but they were personified as important parts in my life, like my daily life, my work and my hobby, main parts of my day to day. Maybe one day I will get to communicate with more Guardians, more beings that can help me have a more pleasant life.

But that last Guardian that I could see, that smile, that style, gave me some fear, I do not know what part of my life is, no I have no idea what could be, Some psychotic part inside me perhaps? I hope to get in touch with my Guardians, I hope to know more about this world in which I am entering.
