Today was another productive day at home, and my activity count reached 14,133 steps. I dedicated the whole day to cleaning and organizing the house, which kept me moving constantly. Household chores may seem simple, but they really add up when it comes to physical activity. I also managed to wash clothes, which added more movement and energy to my routine. Staying active indoors proves that fitness isn’t limited to gyms or outdoor workouts—daily tasks can be a great way to stay fit and healthy.
