Ingredients
🍗 120g chicken, cut into small pieces
🍝 120g Istrian Pljukanci
🍄 70g forest mushrooms, dried or rehydrated
🫒 3 tablespoons olive oil, for sautéing
🧀 40g Grana Padano cheese, grated
🥛 30ml cooking cream
🧂 Salt
🌶️ Freshly ground pepper
🌰 15g truffle paste (tartufata)
🌿 A small pinch of dried herbs, possibly dill (kopar) or a general herb mix

Instructions
1- Prep the Ingredients:
- Dice the chicken into small pieces.
- Grate the Grana Padano cheese.
- Chop the fresh parsley and set aside for garnish.
2- Cook the Chicken and Mushroom Sauce:
- Heat the olive oil in a stainless steel saucepan on the induction cooktop.
- Add the chicken pieces and sauté until they are lightly browned and opaque.
- Season the chicken with freshly ground pepper.
- Add the forest mushrooms to the pan, continuing to sauté alongside the chicken.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of dried herbs to enhance the aroma.
- Deglaze the pan with vegetable broth, stirring to allow it to reduce slightly.
- Stir in the cooking cream to create a creamy sauce base.
