2- Prepare Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together 1 large egg, 1 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of melted margarine.

3- Mixing the Dough:
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients.

5- First Rise:
- Place the dough back in the bowl and cover it with a kitchen napkin.

6- Shaping the Mandazi:
- Once risen, lightly knead the dough for 1 minute.
- Divide into portions and roll each portion to about 1/4 inch thickness using a rolling pin.
- Use a round cookie cutter to cut circles, then cut each circle into four triangles using a knife.
7- Frying:
- Heat oil in a deep pot over medium heat.
- Carefully add the Mandazi pieces and fry until they turn golden brown.
- Flip continuously to ensure even cooking.
