Whether or not you are on a date right now, I hope you are all doing great!

This morning, I was thinking of writing about something that I like and as I was going through my gallery for some inspiration, I realized I like taking pictures of my feet while I'm standing on something which can pretty much identify where I'm at.

Most of the time, that something I take a shoefie or a shoe selfie with is a manhole cover. 😂

It is very interesting how something as mundane as a manhole cover can pique the interest of visitors like me. Maybe that's one of the reasons they put so much effort into these manholes. They're little pieces of art scattered across town.

I find that the design is unique depending on the country, sometimes even differs per city or province, and makes a good photo souvenir.

So next time you travel, you may wish to look where you're walking as you may stumble upon some wonderfully-designed manhole covers 😉.
