One of the tenants at the above property has reported a mould patch which has appeared in her bedroom ( please see photograph below). This has previously been treated and I believe is caused by condensation.

We are in the process of recovering the deposit money from the previous property owner, as soon as this has been received the money will be registered with the TDS and a copy of the certificate emailed

Do I need register myself as a member of the National Landlords Association and pays an annual fee as well?
