We saw that in the Diddy trial. Well, RICO's almost always fail. Hold on real quick, George.
RICO's almost always fail for one reason, and I don't know that this is what happened in the Diddy trial. If the evidence is not collected properly, it is no good lawyer. It never gets admitted.
I just want people to understand that. That's not the case there. The RICO issue in the Diddy case is it was an overcharge, right? RICO has a fine line between it being an overcharge and an abuse of prosecution and it actually being factual.
And every jury will always side with the defendant because they put themselves in that position, right? They're not attorneys. They're not prosecutors. So it's easier for them to relate to the like, wait, I've kind of done that in the past.
I don't I didn't realize like in a friendly way. I've been on the criminal enterprise. That's right.
I don't think so. So here's a one thing I'm going to say. I think Walter said it a few minutes ago.
You know what's the problem with the Epstein case, folks? There's been so much conspiracy, so much clique bit porn on it for so many years. So many people have made millions of dollars peddling absolute bullshit that now they need to defend the bitch to the very end. Because if not, they will be conceding that they fed us bullshit.
Again, I'm not dismissing Epstein, but I'm also going to say that there's a lot like every square inch of his house was videotaped. And he had files of hundreds of thousands of hours of camera. But all those things were put out there.
