A few days ago in many schools the last bell traditionally rang. Three months of summer vacation school corridors and classes will be empty, and then, on September 1, they will open their doors again for the students. But in the village "Granniy", that in the Samara region, there is a school where such "vacations" lasted more than ten years.
The only school in the village was closed in the middle of the 2000s. because of the location in the flood zone. Local residents in 2015 tried to write appeals to officials with a request to restore the school, but were refused: the territory is unsafe, the building can not be reconstructed - no one will give it permission.
