This is the strangest unfinished object I've ever visited. Construction was abandoned in the early 90's, at that time had time to erect only the frame of the building. The reasons for the stop are unknown. The designation of this structure also remains a mystery, the only assumption is that the building should belong to the nearest KBCA (Design Bureau of Automatic Systems). So this building looked like in winter.
In the photo - summer 2015. Since the early 90's, almost nothing has changed, except that there was graffiti on the walls.
There were rumors that the corpses of people were found on this site several times. What is not surprising, in the evening in the district, not a single living soul - the outskirts of the city and not quite a prosperous region.
Empty corps became a gathering place for fans of graffiti, homeless people and drug addicts.
