Ok, as far as I am concerned it is pretty much up to the woman.
My reasoning though is not on moral grounds, or feminism or anything like that.
The reason is, abortion rates have a direct correlation with crime statistics. I cannot remember the exact figures, but in the US crime dropped about 40% 16-20 years after abortion was legalized. Inversely, I think it was Romania had the exact same effect after they banned abortion.
