What You Need to Know about YouTube
YouTube founder
The YouTube Creator consists of 3 former Paypal employees named Chad Hurley, Steven Chen and Jawed Karim. The origins of this website creation are motivated by the wishes of Chad Hurley and Steven Chen who want to show a video party dinner to Jawed Karim who could not attend. So came the idea of how to share videos with ease.
The YouTube.com domain was active in February 2005. In May 2005 they began publishing this website. And finally, it was inaugurated in November 2005. The first video uploaded on YouTube was a video made by Jawed Karim entitled "Me at The Zoo" which was uploaded on April 23, 2005. The video featured Jawed Karim at the San Diego Zoo.
The First Office of YouTube
But YouTube's move is not always smooth. In 2006, YouTube faced a lawsuit from Universal Tube & Rollform Equipment that had a domain with a similar name, namely www.utube.com. The demands were made because they objected to the site being overrun by visitors who wanted to access YouTube.com.
