Since I am a KP vedic astrologer and so I will explain it as per KP vedic astrology.
Firstly in horary astrology, the question from the querent should come from the core of his / her heart. The answer is not reliable for casual questions asked and so one need to maintain this strict rule.
This is the reason why horoary astrology is also called as GOD’s divine answer.
Many people fail to get correct predictions as they are not strict with the rules laid down for especially horary shastra.
There are some special rules in KP horary astrology regarding retrograde planet.
The sub lord of the house in question should not be retrograde if it retrograde then the event will happen when the planet becomes direct.
If the sublord of the house is direct and the nakshatra lord is retrograde then the result of the event will be negative.
If the sublord of the house and the nakshatra lord are both retrograde then the result of the event will be negative.
The rest of the rules are same that as regular rules of KP vedic astrology.
In determining whether a person is likely to live in their own country or abroad according to KP horary astrology, one need to study the 3rd, 4th,9th and 12th cuspal sublord. The study of the current mahadasha and its sub and sub sub periods will show if it is also signifying the same events in its ruling period.
Lets understand it step by step
3rd house is 12th house of 4th house which shows one leaving his own house.
4th house is the native’s place of birth location.
The 9th house shows long distance travel.
The 12th house shows different geographical locations and that can be abroad / foreign country.
Now if the 4th cuspal sublord signify 3,9 and 12th house, it shows that the native will be a frequently leaving his home or stay away from his birth place.
The 3rd cuspal is signifying 12th house then it show one will leave in different geographical location that is away from his birth place.
The 9th cuspal sublord signifying 12th house show long distance travel and that can be abroad / foreign country.
The 12th cuspal sublord signifying 3rd house shows leaving in abroad or different geographical locations, that is far away from his birth place.
The current mahadasha should also signify the same to activate the event or else the native for try but will not succeed.
During horary chart making the querent need to be very very compose as it is a need specially for the horoary chat analysis.
Of-course during chart / horoscope reading also one need to be compose so please don’t understand it otherwise.
