Now who is Hive account@tamin and why the bittrex exchange trying to get Dan to flag him?

Interestingly, Hive account@tamin doesn't exist. However, an Hive account@tamim does.

It appears that Hive account@tamim is a muslim (?) writer who is quickly approaching part 200 of his spiritual couplet series. Most importantly, he is raking in rewards with his over 500k SP.

But this still doesn't explain what issue bittrex appears to have with him. The only thing tamim has posted about bittrex recently is "seems like bittrex and poloniex both have issues with STEEM and SBD. any clue as to the real reason?"

More importantly, why is an exchange trying to tell Hive account@dan who to downvote?
