A few weeks ago I noticed 
Not only is he using multiple accounts he is also creating communities which he is cross-posting to so he can self vote twice. Fortunately, the ability to abuse cross-posting is coming to an end with a new Peakd update.
A majority of these posts are using other people's content (YouTube videos uploaded to Threespeak) as he can't even be bothered to make his own content.

Now that I have been flagging, he has switched to giving votes to comments to avoid sharing curation rewards with anyone.
Even though the votes don't go directly to him, he knows he won't have to share curation rewards as it is only his votes. This is a common tactic for spammers who are unable to farm rewards directly.
He tried doing this for a bit today, but I flagged the comments to remove the rewards. Within a few minutes, he changed them all to 100% upvotes and went down my posts to flag them again.
