Today I had some free time after work and decided to spend it on Steemit.
There is an account I have been keeping an eye on, because its a self voting abuser.
Yeah, has been using his 30K SP to upvote each of his one character comments. Yes, one digit comments, triplej likes to comment just a number, to later on upvote on each of those comments. Take a look.

After self voting:
I am really glad to say that the last couple of weeks some big accounts have been flagging all this crap.
has been doing an amazing job stopping this abuser from draining the rewards pool.
I think this goes unnoticed by the majority of the community, and while most of the big accounts don´t want to spend their voting power flagging this kind of abuse, we are lucky to have other users like , that instead of using their enormous power to benefit themselves (curating) they go and do this for the benefit of the platform.
Thats community feeling right there, and I couldn`t thank them enough for what they do.
See our heroes in action:
Until there its quite a common story, an abuser getting flagged... nothing new.
But what got me off guard was to see downvoting lots of posts without a reasonable reason.
I must admit I didn´t double check all of the posts flagged but the ones I checked seemed to be perfectly fine.
I think that he/she got mad for being flagged himself that he went for revenge.
But why would you flag innocent users that are doing things right?
That is troll behaviour there, being mean to others for no reason. Maybe in Facebook or Reddit it would go unnoticed, but here in Steemit Trolls are few (in my opinion), and I think it would be good to do whatever is possible to keep it that way.
Some evidence to back up my accusations:
Downvoting:
To sum up, I think we need to thank that Steemit is not full of Trolls (yet?) and we must also do all we can to keep it like that.
Also I would like to thank again those big accounts that silently work daily to keep Steemit fair and to prevent it from being abused.
Thanks for reading and have a good day!
