Beat noodle is a noodle dish flavored typical cow broth of Bandung, West Java. This dish consists of yellow noodles served in gravy broth, gravel slices (cow tendon), bean sprouts, meatballs, lime, and sprinkled with celery, onion, and fried onions. Some recipes may add tripe of cows.
The term shake in the name of this dish refers to the cooking process, which is shaking the noodles in a hollow-bolted metal container, dipping it in hot water. The type of noodles used is a soft yellow spongy noodles.
To add flavor, can also add sweet soy sauce and chilli sauce. A similar but somewhat different dish from the city of Cirebon is called koclok noodle.
Ingredients
2 servings of spaghetti noodles
Boil noodles with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt, and a little oil
1/2 bunch of mustard greens
6 shrimp that have been cleaned
Ground spices :
1 tbsp shrimp rebon
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
A pinch of teaspoon of ginger powder
Other materials:
Sufficient oil for sauteing
3 cups water (adjust)
Sufficiently flavored
To taste salt sugar
Step
Boil noodles with turmeric and oil until soft then wash with cold water ... then drain set aside
Blend the finely spiced and cut into small shrimp
Heat oil ... insert chunks of shrimp to change color .. then put the spices smooth ... saute until fragrant
Enter the water ... wait until boiling ... then enter the noodles and mustard which has been cut
Enter flavoring, sugar, salt ... flavor correction
If it is fit and cooked ... turn off the fire ... serve ...
May be added sauce .. tpi is already pretty spicy from its pepper ...
