I want to introduce some antique objects of heritage, jewelry and everyday utensils royal heritage of Aceh Darussalam.
Karah: betel nut (ranup*) reserved for Kings, Ulee Balang (at the governor) and state officials, made from a mixture of gold and silver (electrum). Antiques royal heritage of Aceh Darussalam Kingdom.
*Ranup is the food consists of composition: piper betle, areca nut, gambier (Uncaria), lime betel (calcium hydroxide), clove.
This object, hasn't been evaluated scientifically, about the form, ornamentation, and cultural influences.
Collection of Harun Keuchik Leumik.
"Harun Keuchik Leumik, born in Banda Aceh, September 19, 1942, is a jewelers, journalists, writers and public figures Aceh. In the 1950s, he has had a craft business gold and gold shops. It collects objects antique and historic, especially relics Aceh since 1980. Total collection of 300 pieces of ancient gold jewelry, 30 Aceh crape, 13 seals belonging to the kingdom of Aceh Darussalam, manuscripts, sharp weapons, and 600 coins of the Aceh Darussalam kingdom and Samudra Pasai empire."
