Citizens have two option YES or NO. When the proposal is get funded those who voted for that proposal will get notification to maintain transparency that their selected quality proposal is funded. To reduce the risk of fraud there are some checkpoints where the quality of proposal will check and if all the checkpoints give information that the proposal is not fraudulent then curation engine check again and then this project will receive funds from ACT platform.
