|| Lebaran in Gaza, Simple Happiness ||
Precisely on the first day of Shawwal 1439 H, the atmosphere of Idulfitri prayer was recorded by volunteer Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) in Gaza. Mohammed Najjar, one of the volunteers in Gaza recalled, he prayed at the Al-Omari Mosque of Idulfitri. Several other volunteers told the story of Praying Idulfitri at the As-Salah Mosque, and Al-Hussain Mosque. They scattered in several Gaza territories, ranging from Jabalia to the north, Gaza City in the middle, to Rafah and Khan Younis near the southern and eastern border of Gaza.
"This is the Eid in Gaza. Happy coming naturally celebrates victory. The Gazans have a tradition of honoring those who are martyred for their land. After the prayers we visit brothers or neighbors who are left behind by martyrdom, our relationship glorifies them with Palestinian fighters, "said Mohammed.
Other happiness comes from small alleys in a market on the corner of Gaza. The day before the evening takbiran yesterday, ACT volunteers in Gaza took dozens of children, take a trip to the market.
"We buy new clothes from the people of Indonesia. Alhamdulillah about 90 children that day we hand in hand to a market. There is a special gift from the people of Indonesia for them, "said Ahmed, another ACT volunteer in Gaza.
