My Actifit Blog: 21 August 2019 Tabasco Chili Plant growing on my balcony!

Since March my balcony is being inhabited by a very special chili plant. It is the chili, from which "Tabasco", the famous chili sauce is produced.

The peppers are - like in the moment - light green in the unripe stage and will be fire red in late autumn.

I'm really looking forward to making my own Tabasco-sauce with these peppers.

BTW: my conjunctivitis on my right eye is almost gone and I feel much better again.

Seit März wird mein Balkon von einer Chili-Pflanze der besonderen Art bewohnt. Es ist der Chili, aus der "Tabasco", die berühmte Chili-Sauche produziert wird.

Die Schoten sind - wie jetzt - im noch unreifen Stadium hellgrün und werden dann im Herbst feuerrot sein.

Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf mit diesen Schoten meine eigene Tabasco-Sauce herzustellen.

Meine Bindehautentzündung am rechten Auge ist übrigens fast weg und es geht mir auch schon wieder viel besser.
