I was nothing close to my step count yesterday. That being said I didn't go walking much at all tonight.
While I let my exercise slip I really faltered in my diet. I screwed around and waited too late to start cooking so we are out tonight. I scarfed down a half of a pizza and will certainly be paying for it tonight.
I need to sleep more. Until I figure out how to accomplish that I'm fairly content with this score.
