I’m posting yesterday’s report.
I picked up some pain medicine on my way to work, so I was more comfortable working even though I was experiencing back pain. The medication made it bearable.
I got a decent number of steps at work.
I got some fish oil and some protein powder from Amazon. I’m thinking it should help heal my back pain. I also did some exercise and some stretches before going to bed. That helps quite a bit. Today, the pain was almost gone. I hope I can be completely healed soon. Then I can start doing some strength training to prevent it from happening again in the future.
I used to do some weight training, but I had to stop about a year ago when I got injured at work and I haven’t been able to get myself motivated enough to get back at it since.
