I had a fairly good day. At work, I did a variety of different things, so the time passed by quickly enough.
For some reason, the app is giving the wrong step count. I had that many steps at my lunch break, and it seems like it stopped counting after that.
The health app that’s built-in to iOS is saying that I did over 10,000 steps yesterday. I have no clue what causes that discrepancy.
In other news, I started to workout with weights again and doing some other exercises to try to strengthen my core muscles and prevent my lower back pain from returning.
