I know, not the best view and definitely not what I would like having on my plate in any given day... It's too healthy and not yummy, at all, but it's what I have to eat in order to get my protein, fiber, carbs and everything I need to keep going with my #healthier2019. Besides, it's always a good thing to be grateful that we have food in our table and that we can actually pick what we want to eat and not just eat what is there for us.
I'm walking a lot and excercising very much. I can't wait to upload my next healthy and fit update on November 1st. Oh well who knows, I might as well upload a pre update on October 15... Yes, that's how good I feel right now :)
