Finishes my last math lab session of this semester.
Walked back and forth between admissions and records office and financial aid office a few times.
Managed some holds on my account thanks to the fine folks at my college.
Got more steps in due to the back and forth. Good stuff.
Counted some calories, still need to count the rest on the day.
My other book arrived in the mail.
Going to need to focus my attention strongly to read some of these books.
The last time I was a strong reader I was reading neuroscience books. I was exercising more too.
Was also on less medication.
Hoping to one day get back to this sort of diet and much better than then too.
In the meantime I will be focusing on a sort of manual basis as opposed to automatic.
With the use of certain things like glossaries in books, I may be able to narrow and enhance my focus.
I like glossaries. Usually I make notecards from the glossaries, lately.
That’s what I’ve started to learn to do.
Makes for easier memorization and reference memorization. Created better understanding for myself.
Last but not least, got to listen to some pretty good speeches.
That was fun.
