Finally, I had taken a long distance walk and refresh myself after a stress day at work. Friday is the busiest day ever. A lots of paper work and documentation to be done.
Having a walk is beneficial to our health.

Walking for 30 min. a day or more on most days of the week is a great way to improve our overall health.
