As usual after rising bed I always try to perform best, I take oath I have to breaks the records of 50K but I still not have touched 50K. I have taken challenge with myself that I will break that mark one day sure...
After getting out from bed I just started to exercise as after that I engaged daily works. The apps still running my back ground and recording every step.. when I getting time I just leave my chair walk around here and there..
My Dr. Was advised me to do so whenever I have time.. now I do it.. after getting this apps I able records every single steeps so.. I never waste any single Idle time without doing anything. When ever I find some moments I just try Jerk myself and remind him that I was challenge with him for 50K.
