I usually try to take the most from my commuting. As you can see I walk a lot and spend a plenty of time going to work. So during this time I listen to podcasts or audiobooks and sometimes sentences stick in my mind like that one.
Take time to reflect on the meaning that is applicable in every aspect of our life.
