Starting the day with physical activities such as walking or jogging in the morning is very beneficial for our body. Such activities have become my routine activities in the morning.
Then I usually read online news about football. Especially now in preparation for the 2019/2020 season. In the Serie A Italian League, I still believe Juventus will dominate again like in the past years, especially now that Juventus have got De Ligt from Ajax Amsterdam.
But despite dominating, I am very confident that next season Juventus will get fierce resistance from other Serie A teams such as AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli and AS Roma. These teams are the top teams that always make it difficult for Juventus.
