Working in a hospital has a very high stress level because we are dealing with a variety of human behavior. Some are patient, angry, calm, panicked, in a hurry, upset and so forth. Facing each person whose behavior is different we are required to adjust. So as not to carry over emotions with the patient and the patient's family.
Because service standards and patient satisfaction are abstract. Not all of them are satisfied with the service we provide. Because of having high stress while working in a hospital, we certainly have a spot to calm down so that stress subsides. I myself have a favorite spot in the hospital when stress and fatigue hit by work.
The place is a park located not far from the room I work for, only about 30 meters from my room. The place is very soothing that can clear the mind.
