I had a busy week and unfortunately let my actifiting slip for a few days there. Nevertheless I am back on the bandwagon.
Today I was housebound and mostly strapped to my computer doing work. I didn't get out for a walk so most of my cardio was done on my exercise bike in my home office. I also smashed out some strength training but got sidetracked before completing it.
I also cleaned my bathroom and kitchen which is like an intense workout in itself.
I am still sugar-free in my diet and holding strong there. I am researching some natural sugar alternatives because I am experiencing a lot of dietary boredom at the moment. I avoid all artificial sweetners like the plague, but I have eaten Stevia, rice malt syrup and maltitol in the past but I doubt the overall health benefits of eating commercially manufactured foods with these sugar alternatives.
