I had a slow day today with physical activity, which is something that I am determined to change tomorrow.
I had a busy morning working and then had a fairly extended afternoon nap. I went shopping and pounded the pavement around the local shopping centre doing some walking and smashed out a little at home workout while watching Q&A.
The colder days now that we are deeper into Autumn make it harder to motivate myself to exercise at home. I usually don't heat my house here in winter but I think I might as it helps one to strip down to gym clothes and exercise.
My diet was a little bit in the "cheat day" category today unfortunately. That was mainly due to the fact I hadn't gone shopping properly and I only had unhealthy food lying around.
It's high time I reweigh myself this week and check in on my progress. I feel even though I have been sugar free for almost a month now that my weightloss isn't as great as I thought it would be.
We will see though.
