Another busy week has come to a close. I have been rather slack with my Actifitting of late, but I am trying to get back on the bandwagon. Unfortunately with work being busy I can't do much exercise unless it is at my desk while I work.
The weather has also been awfully cold and wet today. I have been exercising indoors to stay warm and dry.
Most of my activity today was household chores with some cycling this evening after dinner. I have some more squats and weight training planned tonight before I turn in.
I haven't updated my measurements or reweighed myself but I feel like my body has only gained weight as we move into winter. Part of the reason for this is that when I got my headcold I avoided moving at all to recover as quickly as possible.
I definitely cannot overstate the importance of avoiding all cardio during flus and headcolds as it can cause severe complications by straining and stressing your body.
