I had a fairly solid day of physical activity today. I achieved a result over and above my usual minimum amount, which is most pleasing.
My activity consisted of two lots of walking around my suburb - an early morning and then an early evening and some cycling as well.
I had a fairly cheat day diet - although I still got plenty of fruit and vegies I think I merely just over ate on calories today. This usually happens on shopping day when food is newly in the housing and it declines as I go through the week.
For the rest of the evening I will be working and I intend to train by doing some weights and some cadence pushups.
I went to check my weight today also to update it for my Actifit report and I discovered a 'Lo' reading on my scales. I am going to interpret that as meaning low battery. So I need to invest in some new batteries for my scales before I can update my weight.
