today my report with cricket mach.
today early morning I'm walkup and prayer for me and everyone.
after start walk and im 2km far go. and return to my place agin.
they step count morning time.
afternoon I'm take rest.
evening time play cricket with all friends.
play grown.
and play bit only, after I'm comeback my house.
i think everyone need for body fitness.
