My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2018

It's My 4th Day!
Woohooo! It's my 4th consecutive day running outside and I am so proud of myself. Haha.
I did not feel 100% ok today, probably from less sleep- all the while I was thinking if I should go out or no. I am glad however, that I did go.
The Burger?!
Oh yeah, the burger!
Oh well... has been pushing the Weekdays Gang towards our fitness goals. We actually recorded our respective base weights.
The goal?!
Run for the burger! πππ
Nah, not that easy. We all have to lose 3kgs wach before we can treat ourselves for burger. Haha.
No pain, No Gain!
So yeah, I ran, jogged, walked around our community playground for 1 hour straight, nonstop.

Well, no water. Just keep your pace and if you feel your mouth is dry, just swallow.
I am also happy that I did not have to take a sip of water for the first half of my track. The first few days I had to sneak a sip every now and then.
I feel my endurance has improved over the past 4 days. I will be able to up my game and run farther distances next time.
Motivations
I've got lots of motivation to keep on pushing what I started.
My own health, lose weight, look and feel better etc.
And yeah, THE BURGER 3 kgs down the line. Haha
Do I still have to mention tokens?!
Of course, it is worth the mention. Imagine achieving your goal then be rewarded for it? Cool eh?!
Alright. It's 30 minutes before midnight. This is another habit I need to break. I just gotta give myself enough sleep. Which, for now, I cannot. I keep on waking up in the wee ours of the morning. Not good.
