Whoops! It was a lazy day today...
Nope. I intentionally skipped jogging this morning. I aim to do it every other day.
but...
I did mention that I got me a fitbit recently right?
I am still getting to know fitbit per se, and while tinkering the app I found out about Fitbit Coach.
I did try it tonight, and boy it was... well.. Just served me right for eating Jollibee spaghetti, cookies and chocolate today. 🙈
I realized the activity at fitbit coach gets automatically linked to my fitbit app but only after I have synced the versa and also logged a "workout" so there's a redundant log.
The Fitbit Coach is not completely free though. There must be a membership fee so that you could access several programs that are supposed to keep you fit and would help you achieve your goals.
Terry Fox Run Abu Dhabi 2019
I am looking forward to joining the Terry Fox Run this coming Friday. With some friends, hopefully. I am sure it will be an exciting one. But I do hope that my exercises and runs this week would be enough to prep me for this non-competitive event.
The Terry Fox Run Abu Dhabi is a non-competitive event where people get together as individuals, families, and groups to raise money for cancer research in Terry’s name. It is a day of celebrating Terry’s legacy and helping to keep alive his dream of finding a cure for cancer. The Terry Fox Run is accessible to anyone with no entry fee, no minimum pledge and a non-competitive atmosphere. Participants can walk, wheel, ride or run and most of all have fun while raising funds for cancer research.

I know @wil.metcalfe is so passionate about the legacy of Terry Fox and considers him as his childhood hero. Because of this, he has started the #everystepcounts initiative where his a day on his actifit steps would be dedicated to this project that would support the Terry Fox Foundation.
